I had a furnace humidifier problem in the middle of the night, terrible noise. Called NCAA early in the morning, told the tech would be out between 11 and 1. Tech arrived at 1. As I was out of town our house sitter was there to let him into the house. I asked that the tech call me with the problem, I had to call NCA to get information, told by receptionist that she did not have the job ticket and could not tell me the findings, she said NCA would call me, I had to call them again. They charged my house sitter the initial inspection fee! I asked to have that fee returned to her and I would pay the fee, told she could not get approval to do that??
Will still need to talk with Tech on cost to repair or replace. Response time/fair. Customer service communication needs improvement!
