I had to upgrade our wifi to a faster speed. I couldn't phone so I decided to make use of Webafrica's whatsapp services.
The whatsapp bot directed me to a live chat session with Ndivhudzannyi Simali. The process of upgrading only took 10min. I was very impressed and appreciate the fast and efficient service during these trying times.
