Great pastries, good cookies, cheese cakes very good. Sad none of the family staff were in, maybe next time. Prices were bit high, but guess you pay bit more for NY and them being famous Wasn't imprest with cakes in displays thought he would have had more impressive ones on display. Lady got our order wrong when girl at counter corrected it we were over charged for 2 Lobstertails we didnt get. Saw the door posting for careers with the bakery. Id love a chance to bake and decorate under Buddy really show him what i got. Im a master of food service proffessions. I think given a chance at a apprenticeship id give Buddy a run for his money. Ok second Trip in one new cake in display uptop impresses me has ripples and exotic flowers. Payed $90.00 for pastries and cookies we drove from Johnstown NY for that i could have just made myself at home just as good if not better. Thought we'd least get another apron for spending so much since the bags are made of that cheap paper like cloth. Saw the hiring for a career with the bakery, but seeing the young kids working the counter and back in red shirts, hearing ones a superviser. Then knowing how far beneath my training and skill level they are i could'nt work under them no more than i could answer to the kids running Mcdonalds. Beginning to wonder if its really worth the trip to spend that much on stuff i could easily make myself just because im a huge fan of Buddy, his cakes, and shows. Its not like we get to see and meet Buddy or the family. Sorry Buddy, I gotta drop a star.
