I love the VA. I wish they had more after hour urgent care centers in the Saratoga area .I have to go all the way to Albany for urgent care .Other than that, I get nothing but top notch caring service when I go. People who complain about the service don't consider how hard these people work. How many people they serve .They do a great job .
