They promised me to give me a call to update every...

They promised me to give me a call to update everything about my car. 2 days later, no one called. I called in and asked for my service advisor but he was not there. So I called in again 3 times. He was not there, either. I finally came in, and they said my car was ready to pick up. Before that, they let me rent a rental car from enterprise, for a day. When I picked up my car and returned the key, they charged me for 2 days renting. Bottom line is if I got a call from any one from the service department , I would have return the rental car's keys sooner avoid the extra charge. I feel like they didn't care enough. I am wondering if it is because my car is still under warranty and they couldn't get any money out of it?

P/s: My car was dirtier compare to when I dropped it off the first day, and they didn't put back the back seat. I was very disappointed :(
