This is my second visit to Milano stucky Hilton. Unfortunately, my second visit was not up to standard. Our room was always cold. Constantly had to turn the heater back on every 30 minutes because it would automatically make the room 70 degrees and then the AC on to lower the temperature. We were miserable every night having to get up frequently to turn the heater on. The house keeping threw away my travel size face wash that s expensive. I m very upset. The TV hdmi ports were malfunctioning and constantly in and out black screen.

If the waiters don t understand you they keep repeating themselves. I understand you won t let me order the food downstairs and let me bring it up you are forcing me to do room service to charge me extra. My grandma just wanted me to bring her the food this time instead of service we wanted privacy but no. We are visiting family. We wanted the same experience we had in 2016. This was so much worse that when we come back to visit we will NOT be stAying at this Hilton. We are so disappointed in the room we had even though it was a remodeled room. Unfortunate because we do enjoy staying st the Hilton but we won t be coming back to this location. We will save our money and rent an an apartment instead so we don t have to deal with this and can have the heater on and not worry. Room service should not have thrown my item away. Just beyond blown away for how much we pay to be here.
