After canceling the service, they charged me for un-returned equipment even though it was return 6 days ahead of time. I noticed the charge 2 months later and had to call them.

While canceling, I also had to remind the sales rep that I had equipment to return and for her to give me a shipping label. Seems like they try to make a profit from the rented equipment that they mistakenly charge you at the end.
