They know exactly how to get around laws and regulations especially in townships. Definitely don't buy from them. Rent is nice and cheap but good luck replacing your appliances 24/7 due to faulty wiring that you'll get blamed for as a renter. The only kind person I've spoken to was Ryan but you can't get a hold of him .Tenant concerns is VERY rude and disrespectful. My electric bill is the same amount as my rent and it draws electricity even with it shut off at the meter. Absolutely ridiculous company. We've always given our land Lords a lot of slack because we know how hard it is. We make our own repairs within reason but $1000 electric bill in one month is insane! Save yourself the trouble and just say no. Lived here for over a year and theres nothing but disrespect and money money money .
