I have been working with McLarty Daniel in Bentonville Arkansas for the last few days. My experience was not great at all at the end. If I could put negatively stars I would. Here's what happens I went in to look at a used 2011 Buick Enclave for me and my baby. Negotiations went well at first we got to a price I could afford. But before I could sign the papers I had to pay another dealership to look at it to make sure there were no serious safety issues. Turns out there was, the steering gear was going out and that's over a $2,000 fix. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if it was anything else but this poses a big safety issue and I didn't feel okay was putting my kid in a car with this problem. I didn't give up on that car yet I went back to the dealership to see what they could. Because this car already supposedly went through the rigorous safety checks. So I just wanted to see if they could help but the expense to make this car truly safe. They had their shop look at it again and they confirmed the issue and agreed it was a safety issue. At this point the GM got involved and said they would fix it. So I was good with that but when I went in to sign papers they had added the cost of the repair to my financing so I was the one really fixing it not them. This up the price to something I can no longer afford. So the next day I called the Gm Kem Hyman to confirm what happened and to see if there's any way he could fix this confusion and deception ( I had to call him 3 times and leave him a note before he would even talk to me) He had no fixed for this wrongdoing and no remorse. If you do use this dealership double triple check everything. But I would recommend not using McLarty Daniel of Bentonville. Here is the car's details that I was looking at.Pre-Owned 2011 Buick Enclave CXL AWD
Stock BJ294408
Vin 5GAKVBED8BJ294408
just so you know it has a serious safety issue that need to be fixed.
