HAMAD, the technian for John Moore Service was on time and professional diagnosed the problem. made
recommendations to further evaluate the system. He was honest, He made me a believer that there can be
honest service people, but I will only believe in John Moore Service. Prior to his visit, I had ARS that
came out for annual inspection.
That technician said my system was operational and fine, immediately after he left the system would not cool
at all. ARS sent that same guy back and he stated a diagnosis. I did not trust him so i had ARS send someone
else out. That second ARS technician gave an entirely different diagnosis.
I had American Home Shield technician came out as the 3rd technician that gave another diagnosis.
All 3 different diagnosis.
I saw your commerical with free diagnosis and call, Hamad was honest and there was nothing wrong with
my ac unit.
John Moore will be my service company for a/c, because Hamad is honest.
