I joined here as a fresher to be honest, I had no idea what to do and how to do work-wise. Everything was taught to me by my colleagues who helped me understand my work and operations. The managers also gave their inputs every now and then. I am still working here, gaining more knowledge and experience celebrating many achievements, understanding work-life in a much better way.
