I joined the gym because of the number of classes on the timetable. Not only is the timetable varied with classes at the perfect times to fit in with work, the instructors are really friendly and you can tell they are experts. Unwinding after work with a class is the highlight of my day. I am now hooked on the Groove Cycle spin classes at the club amazing workout to the best soundtracks. Definitely worth the money if you like going to classes. The changing rooms are also amazing with Cowshed products and fluffy towels. I was a member at Virgin before moving to Third Space and have to say this particular club is so much better.
