Came in on wensday to ask them about an aux input ...

Came in on wensday to ask them about an aux input to put in my 06 530i. first i went in to ask about the price and see if the part was available, it was and i decided to make an appointment. the person who took care of me was nice and friendly he told me to come at 11:30 or so and that they would take care of it. i came in at 11:10am went in and the lady infront was friendly and nice. she told me that she couldnt find my name or appointment and that someone would be with me soon. i waited and here comes HENRY the dude seems to be a an awful mood. he told me that i didnt make and appointment i told him a did. "well it isin't in my computer so you didn't". i told him if i left it today how long would it take he said at the end of the day or within 48hours he wasnt sure and couldnt ask. and that his personel was not there with their hands open just waiting for people to come in and pay them to work .with an attitude in his tone of voice like he didnt really care if my stuff got done or not. i was willing to cash out $500 if it ment that it was installed. but i just got up and left because of this guy. he is rude and shouldnt be working there. since im kinda young looking he must of thought i was messing around and didnt take me seriously. i will never go back there again. my sister wanted to have maintance there too since its the closes bmw but not anymore. stay away from this place!!
