My children have been patients under this establishment for more than 15 "YEARS". In that time, it seems as though the service gets worst. My recent experience was really upsetting! I spoke with the Office Manager and requested both an appt for my oldest son and the paperwork to have his labs completed before his appt. We completed the labs only for him to be told that he did not have an appt and will have to reschedule because the manager that scheduled it claimed she didn't do it! How the hell do you think we got the paperwork to have the labs done!!!!! THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWN MORE AND MORE!!!!!!!
