It was time to replace my current vehicle, so I went online & contacted Baker Nissan. Paul Poock replied within the hours & we set up a time for me to come in and check out a 2014 Xterra. My wife & I came in & I told Paul I didn't really like going through all the hassle & paranoia of shopping for a vehicle. He assured me that Baker Nissan wan't like that & they operated on the up & up. So we progressed and I was able to work with Felipe' Rodriguez on the financing. again I was pleasantly surprised at how open & honest he was in explaining me my options. I originally was going to finance through my Credit Union, but after talking with Felipe', my wife & I decided to finance through Nissan. I am very happy & satisfied with my Xterra and the folks at Baker Nissan. I will recommend them to my friends & family, and hope to update my wife's van, when it comes time. John Latiolais
