It took them 2 months to come and fix and elevator...

It took them 2 months to come and fix and elevator in my building (295 Adelaide St W). A high end building in downtown has 2 elevators broken, 1 elevator is servicing 30 floors. It took so many threats from management to get them to escalate the issue and send crews to fix it. I think Boeing builds airplanes in 15 days. There is absolutely no accountability in the Toronto Office. There is absolutely no reason that someone at the company does not lose a job because of this. It takes 20-30 mins to go up or down. Not to mention, its a health hazard in case of emergencies.
