Wife took our kitten in for initial visit and shot...

Wife took our kitten in for initial visit and shots and was sold a plan @ $400 which was supposed to include the spay and regular visits. We show up to get her fixed and was charged an additional $250 on the day of the surgery. Cat was returned with no cone and was told to go to pet smart. Poor showing...dont buy a plan. Which is what I told my wife after it was already done. Staff is nice here though.
