Made an oversize delivery there. Called ahead a couple times as outlined in work order. No one called back. So I decided to simply go there, try my luck. Nope. Shipping had just left a couple minutes earlier. If they would have called me back, I would have made it. This morning once I got there, nobody seemed to care to unload me. I guess, why would somebody want to work in the rain? This is how you loose money in the O/O business. Everybody thinks we make loads of cash, but because of unorganized busineszes like these, we don't!

I should add that the load wasnt supposed to be overhight. But it was.
