I shouldn't give them one star either, worst customer service i have even received in my entire life. Staff have been giving me wrong address to correct the parcel , visited there , couldn't find the signage, at last staff told me that its not our address.Delivery service is pathetic , drivers leave parcels (big boxes) on top of the letter box which is on the road. Big boxes should be deliver to the doors. Never knock or check if someone is at home , they leave the parcel on the road. how careless these drivers are, i am surprised,many other people who have used Toll have received very poor service so i am not alone. Shocking part is management never reviews the service standards ,the company is delivering ?
if this continues company would definitely shut soon.
Phone lines are terrible,never answers , if answers they keep you transfer here and there.i am done with them. I never want to use them but unfortunately when order things online those companies use Toll as a carrier. WORST WORST WORST .....NZ TOLL TEAM INCLUDING CS ,DELIVERY TEAM,DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL are USELESS USELESS USELESS.
