I was introduced to Frank Decarlo working in the field about 12yrs ago, and have been enrolled in the maintenance agreement since that time. Their service technicians have done a exceptional job recently Jeff and Brent. This past week was time to install a replacement unit, Al Benincasa came out who I call the Air Doctor made recommendations and arrangements for my new beautiful Carrier system. The A team was sent out and did a marvelous job very professional and 1st class installation. Thank you very much Nick, Steve and Bob. Very happy with our new Carrier AC system "remember stay cool my friends" with Total Air Solutions and Carrier a perfect fit to the jigsaw puzzle ...!
