Was told when booked room would have water view. ...

Was told when booked room would have water view. When got to my room had view of entrance. When went to front desk basically was told nothing they could do. Stated I could update...lmao for almost an addition 100.00 plus taxes etc (Which I refused to pay.) What a way to get more money from people. Funny how even the person behind the desk told me it wasn't even worth it! Then I am informed that the outdoor pool would not be available til the next afternoon, which check out is at 11am. Was lpoking forward to someyhing different, relaxing, etc and just not impressed. First time here, not such a great experience. Definitely not worth the travel or the price paid.
