We have been working with Lakes since the company's inception and we have always found that all staff are 100% dedicated to keeping our business operating efficiently. We have 10 sites spread across the Perth metro area and the knowledge that Lakes are our I.T. partners is of great reassurance to us. They are proactive in keeping our hardware, software, online security, site security and telecommunications up to date and ready to meet the challenges of so many changes and advances in technology.

They have minimal staff turn-over which speaks volumes for their leadership team and instils confidence that the technician tasked to assist us on any particular project has an intimate historical knowledge of our infrastructure. Any problems (usually as a result of a failure of the NBN or an ISP) are dealt with promptly and efficiently and we are normally back on-line with a minimum of fuss.
