I love my city, but I would like to point out that unfortunately the person in charge of reception, answering the telephone number indicated, is absolutely not friendly on the phone and hastens to switch the numbers on the messaging of the town hall. Secretarial or reception staff is a job that is learned and requires skills and savoir faire "hello / goodbye / thank you".
