The entire process started off great. Kelly was quick to respond and answered all the questions we had. As we got close to the closing date it seems that communicating with us was no longer a priority. In all fairness, we are located outside the United States but we were communicating primarily through email so I'm at a loss for why the communication seemed to fade out. I wish the end of the process was as transparent as the beginning.
