Bad and rude customer service over the phone and email(Good luck getting hold of them ). I can't believe we still have to put up with this crap.
They told my wife that she still has to get a letter of invitation from my family in Algeria even thought she is married to me :)
We were told last time we were there that she all she needs is a letter from me and that's about it.

I really hate dealing with embassy of crap
