Appalling experience for a first time on-line delivery food shopping order, never again.
Your complaints Department do not even respond to e-mail complaints, which your Telephone team can see on their screens, yet they are powerless. Your main website could do with some attention to take your customer complaints more seriously, it is not even listed within your "contact us" as a "Your subject" question selection.
