My experience at Bridal Elegance was very poor. The owner was helping me, and she was extremely rude. She only brought me two dresses that were within my budget. She brought one dress that was $1000 over the budget I had given her. When I mentioned having an appointment the next day at another boutique, she stated, "So, you didn't come here to buy a dress today?" Her effort lacked after that realization. She made a rude comment about my breast size, and made derogatory comments about the dress I really liked because it was not as expensive as others I'd tried on. She was only concerned about making a sale. For those who are uncomfortable being undressed in front of a stranger, you better get over it because the associates don't even let you take the dress out of the bag, nor do they let you walk around and choose dresses. No pictures or videos either. I will not be spending my money here. Don't bother wasting your time. The experience was humiliating and not enjoyable whatsoever.
