good monitoring from the girls on the phones, the worst service techs forgot to ground my unit properly and it burned out when lightning struck, they want me to buy a new one from them even though they are at fault. Units come with NO warranty whatsoever this is my second unit. will not do business with a company like this owner is a scam artist with his contracts.
