Great care. The professionals at Rex are concerned with your health and your care. The nurses are top notch and could not have been more thoughtful or helpful. There was one clinker however. After my hip replacement surgery one of my caregivers, a nurses assistant, appeared to me to be very glum and unfriendly. She gave the impression that she resented being there and really wanted nothing to do with patients. Her first name was Michelle. While removing an IV needle she managed to cause a good deal of unnecessary pain and subsequent bruising and the injection site. I wasn't sure whether it was purposeful or merely a consequence of incompetence but either way this young woman needs training and or guidance. I hope someone at Rex reads this and takes action
