I wanted very much to have a good experience when I visited a few weeks ago, as my family has shopped at Kirkish for years, but I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. More than one sale person was standing around, not assisting customers, and no one came over to greet or ask if there was anything specific I might like to see. I was there for 20 minutes before I approached someone and asked for assistance. Then, after speaking with a sales person, I was shown a couple options, but there were no prices on the pieces. When I inquired, the saleswoman made a guess at the cost, rather than obtaining an actual price. She also took my name and phone number so she could inquired with her reps about pieces I had seen on the Kirkish website, saying she would call me when she had more information. She never called. I received much better service from two other furniture businesses in the local area and chose to make the purchase of a solid wood bedroom set from one of them. Sorry, Kirkish. You snooze, you lose. Hope you offer others better customer service than me.
