I'm a platinum best western member and if I could I'd give -5 stars.me and my wife have traveled all over the great country of ours.And we only stay at B.W.This hotel is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at.Platinum members and we get a smoking room,the mirror in the bathroom was fallen apart,Dust a 1/2 inch thick on the head boards,burn holes in the carpet, between the beds on the wall looked like someone got shot.splatter all over.The remote batteries were dead,the wall by the entry door look like someone had put there foot on the wall like they were waiting for someone. The bads were old the mattress were old and had never been rotated.The curtin's had gapping holes in them.This was just a sad room and being a platinum members we were supposed to get one of the best rooms.ya right.was down shooting craps order a bud 2 hours later it came.later I order a nother bud and this fillip in waitress yells YOU HAVE TO WAIT 10 MINUTES !!!.Dana,the pit guy at the table look at her and then me surprised and shocked.So I said to her 10 minutes I'm not going swimming ha ha everyone at the table started laughing. Look we don't complain about much life is what it is but when you've have been a loyal customer for all these year and this is how your treated I think it's time to fined I new home away from home.ooo and she never came by to over beers to anyone after that.i did win 30 dollars.so next time in town I'll stay at the motel 6 before I stay at boomtown cause at lease the'll leave the light on.
