Poor customer care. Can never speak to anyone directly. I ve been calling the past 2 weeks to have an issue resolved. Have yet to receive a callback. They re always jumping from coordinater to coordinater. Can never get a straight answer. Can never speak to a supervisor. Someone is always on vacation or on lunch break. I like the aide but might just go elsewhere.
