During my wait in the emergency room (strong bruise on the knee) I read scared all kinds of negative comments. It is true that the wait is illogical (2 hours in my case) but the treatment I received was very efficient and professional. Perhaps the allocation of resources is the great culprit but never of the professionals who work there, who do what they can with what they have. It is only an opinion based on my personal experience. And I don't work, nor do I have any friends or relatives working there, for the record that it was the first time I went.
