Reservation was easy, and there was a delightful young German lady at the check in counter who would brighten up anyone's morning with her positivity. We got a nice corner room with a peek-a-boo view of the water. The room was large, bright, clean, and well-ventilated (aircon but you could also open the window). The concierge was helpful (except a young man called Romeo who was in a perpetually sour mood, specially when we requested help to reserve at a restaurant - luckily his companion took care of it for us). Checkout was also a breeze.
