Customer service is first class! We have used this service for the last two years and had a great experience... but this year was especially challenging as the tournament switched locations a month out due to COVID-19. Ashlie has been helping us secure rooms for the Softball Northeast Nationals by reaching out to hotels, offering a variety of options, making changes and switches... all in an effort to get all our girls in the same hotel. (Everything was tight due to the late switch.) She gets back to me right away and is always pleasant. Awesome!
