Brought my cat, Jackie, back during the summer (August) because she was sick. I couldn't pay upfront and I said "I will come back in September 1". The doctor told that she would be good as dead during that time. Jackie is still alive and healthy. I had to treat her at myself. Poor staff and Service. They didn't accept my pet insurance.
