(It ends well) I have been contacting Webafrica back and forth since round end of May this year. It was about a huge amount taken from my account wrongfully (well, to me atleast). Some confusion and upgrades, more upgrades and then a downgrade, and then speed not being adjusted according to the amount that was deducted and and and. Well, I have been speaking to numerous agents, multiple emails, WhatsApp chats and calls. All my calls ended up getting disconnected because I run out of airtime, and not once did any of those reps call me back. Until today, when I called again and got through to Francois Damon. Out call didn't start off well because I was already upset, fed up and very emotional because I felt my hands are tied and not getting any help from anyone. However, Francois took my number and told me to hang up, he is going to call me back. And so he did! He did a thorough investigation of my issue and account and REALLY took the time to listen to me and understand what is going on and was interested in making sense of it all. He resolved my issues and took away my stress that I have been having since last month. He was really listening and patient with me and my frustration. He is adding real value at Webafrica and I hope that he gets recognised for this. Thank you very much Francois Damon for calling me back and for helping me this morning. I ended the call laughing and we both know that is the opposite of how it started! I really appreciate the help and great customer service from you! This post is very long, which should show my appreciation and gratefulness because I am actually taking the time for it :-) PS. The start rating is based on my experience with Webafrica as a whole and not on my experience with Francois. He deserves a 10/10!
