Booked a trip (4 weeks in advance over the telephone) for my Mom to be picked up from her nursing home and driven about ten minutes away to Christmas dinner on Dec 25th, 2018. CHRISTMAS DAY!! She was supposed to be picked up at 4:00 p.m. At 4:03 p.m. no one had arrived so I called Belle's and spoke to the dispatcher. He took my cell number and said he needed to call the driver, who was apparently already dispatched, and would call me right back w the information as to his arrival at the nursing home. At 4:20 p.m. no return call from Belle's and no driver to pick up my Mom. My Mom suffers w PSP and CBD and going out for her is very taxing. She was dressed in winter gear sitting in her wheelchair all bundled up for 30 minutes waiting. I made the decision at 4:25 p.m. to attempt to do it myself in my SUV. I managed to pick her out of the wheelchair and get he wheelchair into the SUV and get her to the dinner, albeit late. I am writing this at 10:31 p.m. Dec 25th and still no call back from Belle's.

SHAME on you for this disgusting horrible service. This could very well be my Mom's last Christmas and you do this to her.
