It was a constant struggle to get maintenance personnel out there to fix issues with the house. The majority of the issue were due to normal aging, which is covered under Texas Tenants' rights. I admit that there was damage to a shower head that was my fault, but again it was never fixed during my tenure there. It was a year and they never fixed the shower head. My fence was rotten due to age and storms, which allowed my dogs to get out. I paid a $300 pet deposit and they did not fix my fence. My fence was held together with a leash. The cabinet under the sink collapsed from water damage from a leaky pipe which never fixed during my tenure. I would have to go to the office multiple times to get any action initiated on work orders. It routinely took several months to close out simple repairs. The cherry on the top was that they provide an extensive list that you have to do to move out, which includes cutting and weeding the yard. My roommate and I had it professionally done and the proprietors are supposed to perform a walk through. They waited after storms and constant rain for approximately three weeks and then charged $100 from my deposit for yard work. I would not recommend this realtor/landlord to anyone and it would be best to work with Dalzell or another company in the area.
