Yesterday was the first time that I have been back...

Yesterday was the first time that I have been back to that dealership since the car was bought. Eric in service, was as nice as possible,he was the first person that I have dealt with since I bought the car and was actually helpful.I can t leave a real rating since I don t think they deserve a star at all.not even one but I will hit one ,since Eric in service was so nice.My car was purchased June 30 th 2017. I was told my car would be in the next day on their truck and my seats would be covered with leather in one day. Well it didn t happen that way,one yes I was in a loaner car,it was three weeks before my car came in.We we re dealing with a family death. I brought the car home covered it with a car cover,we had just bought my wife a new car,so with all we were dealing with we were using her car. Once we had my wife s moms funeral over. That s when I uncovered the RAV4 and started noticing that it didn t have the blind spot detector,it didn t have roof rails,was also missing the Michelin tires and the alloy wheels.I started messaging the sales guy,but only got a cry baby emoji. I asked to speak with the Jay Torres who had introduced himself as the mgr,and a Christian man,at the time we were buying the car. To no avail,I contacted corporate no help,spoke to customer service lady at easley ,no help.my car has just hit 8.300 miles barley been driven and garage kept, I never got them to make good on any of the amenities that were left off of my car.its now flaking paint.the seat covers aren t holding up well.and Eric took me to see their customer service lady once again yesterday,once I had told him what had happened.she could care less.just like Toyota corporate! Where I was had. Is was when they had me sign the paperwork on June 30 th. And my car wasn t in for three weeks. Therefore they left off all of the above amenities,just because they could! Not Christians at all! Avoid this place.their not good ppl.
