BEWARE!!!! I lived at the Villas for 5 years and it was a very peaceful place to live, however throughout the years we dealt with different things. Our apartment had roaches all the time, I had to call several times a month to get the bathrooms vents cleaned because of the infestation. If you are in the first floor, be prepared to hear everything your upstairs neighbor does, everything. Our fridge was old and small. Maintenance was slow, not because of the guys, but because they were pretty busy. We have several roof leaks, AC, dishwasher and through the patio doors after heavy rain. The dryer duct was always clogged with lint, same had to call several times a month to get it cleaned. We recently moved out and were charged for the early termination even when they were informed on time. To move out paid rent +early termination, we asked for an extension and one of the ladies in the office last name Garcia told us that if it was too much to pay at once, to charge it to my credit card and didn't have to worry about it until the cc statement was due (bravo). Then after a month of leaving got charged with damage fees. We ended up been charged for a pet fee even when I have never had a pet, carpet replacement fee because of the damage caused by the pet that I didn't have, fabricated lab results saying the found traces of pet pee in the carpet and photography fee. They charged me for a carpet they installed a year and a half before we moved in. They kept my deposit and a rent credit. THEY WILL FIND THE WAY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.
