I've heard many horror stories of going to the car dealership and I am so happy to share that my experience was incredible. Mike Robinson was my dealer and he was knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, honest, and overall is an awesome guy! He took the time to build rapport and to know more about me and what I was looking for. Everyone that we encountered at Ourisman Hyundai was friendly, funny, understanding and kind. To me personally, they were less "salesy" and more personable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an upgrade. I left with a BEAUTIFUL 2021 Santa Fe Hybrid the same night.
