The place feels freaking magical all around - it's a nerdy person's delight. Vendors of all sorts - leather-bound journals, mystic looking jewelry, flower crowns, even chain mail. The vendors that come here are true artists. Get your smoked turkey legs early because they go kind of fast - we got there in the early afternoon one year and there weren't any left. It's very kid-friendly - children are everywhere and they have lots of shows specifically for children. And although it looks insanely crowded, there always manages to be enough space for everyone to grab a sit and people-watch. Bring mountains of cash though because as would be expected with any fair, most everything costs something and nothing is particularly cheap.
