I had a great experience with Richard Dwoskin. I reached out to Empower about a year ago. While in the process of contacting them, things changed and I did not need their services. About once a month over the next year I would receive emails from Richard informing me of available options. He was persistent but in a very non-intrusive way. I never filed his emails in the spam folder and when I found myself in need of their services I reached out to him to see what was available. He responded promptly and within a very short period of time I had secured the capital that I needed. Richard was polite and straight to the point with any questions that I had. The ease of business made me a repeat customer!
