We serviced our AC unit with a prior company a month ago who quoted us cheaper, then our cooling system broke again. We decided to get it fixed with John Moore based on customer service, warranty service and quality of craftsmanship, even though the cost to repair was more. We were not disappointed with our decision. After the issue was discovered, the part took 10 days to come in. Normally, would of been very distressed without cold air, however we were loaned a window unit for free to keep us comfortable during the wait. We were very appreciative of that. Once the part came in, the team came out the next morning, on time. Jose, Josue, and Domingo were very polite, courteous, didn't get annoyed with my questions, and kept me up to date with the process. Overall very satisfied with our service and will definitely service again with John Moore.
