I have just recently started working here, and I must say that what we learn theoretically is completely different from what we learn practically. All my work was taught to me by my colleagues and managers step by step, in details. No matter how many times I asked them doubts they never showed any sigh of irritation. For know what I can tell about them is that they treat there employees very well and take there matters into immediate consideration.
