I bought a brand new Alitma from this dealership that was supposed to get approx 30 MPG that actually got 10 MPG after a month and a half. I brought it to their service station and they hooked it up to their computer and told me there was nothing wrong with the car. They wouldn't offer a refund or switch out the car for a functional one.

In addition my coworker got a brand new jeep Wrangler from them and the Jeep would randomly accelerate without touching the gas. Once again they hooked it up to their computer and told him there was nothing wrong with the Jeep.

Apparently this describes a phenomenon called "Run away Jeep." However they did not offer him a different Jeep bc their computer said there was nothing wrong. I encourage you to research "run away Jeep" before purchasing a vehicle especially at this location. Also ask questions about your warranty when you buy a car there...know that if the service computer doesn't recognize the issue you are having you will NOT be able to use your warranty regardless of how new or unsafe the vehicle.

I say this to save you the thousands of dollars of having to get another vehicle!!! Hiring a lawyer was going to cost as much as trading in the vehicle and was going to take time that I didn't have with being a working mother.
