The salespeople in that department sold me inappropriate accessories that you have to buy in order for that product to work, instead of the proper ones. One supplement they didn t even mention to me that I had to buy it for that product to work at all. I come home, I see that not everything is as it should be. I am indescribably angry. Reason for anger - I am far in the village from Pevec. At the moment I don't even have my own car and I have to get to Sesvete by bus first and from Sesvete to Pevec I don't know how except by taxi. I'm calling Singer to advertise. The second shift is already. I bought in the 1st shift. I talked to the employee Dubravka Dru i . Extremely kind, professional, expert, etc. Rating, a clean five. To cut a long story short. She said to come and she would solve my problem. A cousin drove me to Pevec today with my son. Please note, I came up with a firm decision to return the products and request a refund. My goal is not to punish employees who did not do their job well my goal is to somehow reward or at least publicly praise both within the company and in public these two employees.I especially want to emphasize that I personally asked them for their name and surname because they are for every praise as employees.
