Processed an order with these guys thinking they had it in stock. Instead two items were not and Jacks had to order from Kohler while I waited, and waited, and waited. They didn't respond to two emails I sent to Jacks inquiring about when I might expect the order. When I called these dudes, I was on hold forever. While on hold with, Jacks I ordered it from another company and cancelled the Jacks order. No mas.
