All they care about is money. Said they would be right out to take care of my dogs vitals yet have seen 10 people get paperwork delivered to their car instead. Should not be allowed to call themselves and emergency vet. When I went in 4 young ladies were all standing around the front. Not busy at all just lazy. Your pet could be in the car dying and their paperwork is more important than seeing your pet. If I could give 0 stars I would give -1
